Adding a Partner

To add a partner, head to the Partner Settings page.

You will need to know the username of the partner you wish to add. If the username doesn't exist, you will see an error displayed. You may have been asked to join Availabled by a friend, employer, colleague and so on, in which case you will already know exactly who to partner with. Alternatively, you may have clicked on a special link or QR code. You may have come across this on someone's social media profile, email or website. If so, you may see a message at the top of the Partner Settings page asking if you would like to partner with that person, and if so, the username you need to enter.

Occasionally, you will see a box to enter a PIN. This is an extra security step users can choose to activate that requires anyone adding them to also know an additional Personal Identity Number. Again, if you are trying to add someone you know, you will likely have been told their PIN,

If the username is valid (and if applicable, the PIN correct), you will see a green cross. Finally, click on the Submit button.

When you next view your dashboard (the quickest way is to click on the Availabled logo), you should see your partner.

Multiple Partners

The number of partners you can add is governed by your plan. Free users can add one partner. Premium users can add more. Premium users will see the number of partners left in their quota. Use the trash can symbol to remove partners, and the 'Add Partner' button to add more. Once you are happy, just click Submit.
